This is a unique opportunity to be part of the CMC Electronics family to supervise or perform plumbing work, such as installation, repair, maintain, either preventively or correctively, work related to heating, boilers, water, sewers, automatic fire extinguishers, sprinklers, water pipes, compressed air and oil, with LN2, with N2, humidity, cooling water, natural gas, steam chilled water and water treatment.

**As a **Plumbing **leader** **you will**:

- Assists other trades in stripping, rebuilding and connecting, using a variety of plumbing techniques
- Oversees the work of the external plumbing contractors;
- Inspects piping installations by recommending and proceeding to preventive and corrective maintenance;
- Assists in preparation of estimate on the maintenance works and new plumbing installations;
- Maintain and install all production and water treatment equipment as well as the refrigerated water mains;
- Read and follow building drawings, specifications, and as well as assist the inspectors and insurers with all things relative to building codes, legislation, regulations, policies and procedures;
- Will be responsible to train personnel, if needed;
***To Excel in this role, you must**:

- Professional diploma (completed) or equivalent;
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience;
- Hold a companion card (CCQ) for a minimum 1 year;
- Certification in natural gas appliance technology;
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision;
- Must be available to occasionally work on week-ends and night shifts;
- Must have a general knowledge of electrical systems and electrical security system
- Must have good knowledge of WMIS (SIMDUT);
- Must be familiar with all health and safety requirements, Hot Permits and CNESST;
- Have the cards work at height and straight stairlift are an asset.
