The CG Generalist is responsible for completing a diverse array of 3D-related tasks, maintaining a high degree of adaptability and a wide breadth of CG skills.

**MAIN DUTIES**:
The CG Generalist will proficiently complete 3D-related tasks including hard surface modeling, look development, texturing, animation, rendering, shading, lighting, tracking, and effects. They will assist with developing look of a sequence. They will drive the creative and technical setup of assets. They will ensure look consistency, optimized render times, and ease of use of assets. Other duties include:

- Manage publishing of asset and conducts follow-ups to ensure team usability.
- QC lighting setups of other Houdini TDs to ensure best practices, optimized render times, and methodologies.
- Work closely with compositors to ensure renders are efficient, consistent, and clean.
- Pivot between roles and projects as needed.
- Maintain aesthetic, creative, and technical quality standards of production.

**WHAT YOU BRING**:

- Strong technical CG knowledge.
- Strong background in character, mechanical, animation.
- Proven ability to balance quality of work with time constraints.
- Working knowledge of Maya, Houdini, Substance, Photoshop, Zbrush, Mari, Nuke, Shotgrid.
- Asset lookdev and shot lighting is done within Houdini, and rendered with Mantra and Karma.
