We are currently seeking a dedicated Inside Sales Representative to join our team and drive our heat pump installation business forward.

**Position Overview**:
As an Inside Sales Representative specializing in heat pump installations, you will be responsible for connecting with sales leads, cultivating customer relationships, and overseeing the installation process with our team of technicians. With a primary focus on residential customers (80%) and some attention to light commercial clients (20%), you will play a pivotal role in expanding our customer base and ensuring the successful completion of projects.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in inside sales or customer service, preferably in the HVAC or related industry.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with customers and team members.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools for lead management and reporting.
- Willingness to adapt to changing business needs and work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation may be required for occasional site visits or customer meetings.
