Appointment Setter

BDS Facility Services is looking for a full-time appointment setter to set qualified appointments with potential B2B clients for our cleaning and maintenance services. We are looking for someone who is hard-working, self-motivated, and has a true "Hunter" mentality. Hours are between 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, MONDAY-FRIDAY. Join our fast-growing winning team, recession-proof, pandemic-proof industry. **Responsibilities**: - Minimum 50 calls per day - Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on leads - Understand customers’ needs and identify sales opportunities - Self-Prospect new customers to maximize productivity and achieve minimum requirements for prospecting and lead generation - Communicate daily and in a timely manner with team members and mentors - Consistently maintain and exceed daily, weekly and monthly Appointment quotas - Work collaboratively with Outside Sales, operating as ONE team to support ONE mission - Adhere to all Corporate Sales Policies This position is 100% in office. **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent **Salary**: $18.00-$24.00 per hour **Benefits**: - Dental care - Disability insurance - Extended health care - Life insurance - Vision care Schedule: - 8 hour shift Ability to commute/relocate: - Aldergrove, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred) **Experience**: - Telephone Sales: 3 years (preferred)
