**Your responsibilities**:

- **Conquer the garage and garden suite market**: Investigate the market thoroughly to discover the best offers for our clients. Seize every opportunity to add potential clients to our expanding family.
- **Create magic**:Transform an ordinary offer into an irresistible opportunity that clients can't overlook.
- **Negotiate Like a Pro**: Excel in communication and relationship-building with clients, making your signature phrases the stuff of negotiation legends.
- **Record Your Successes**: Ensure all victories are captured as important milestones in sales history. Keep detailed sales reports and consistently achieve your goals.
