**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prospect and cold-call potential clients to identify business opportunities.
- Set appointments and follow up with prospective clients.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure consistent service.
- Log, track, and schedule client interactions using the CRM system.
- Communicate client needs and feedback to management.
- Collaborate with the Sales Team and Manager to achieve targets.
- Manage multiple client accounts concurrently and meet deadlines.
- Maintain accurate records of client transactions.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Proven experience in lead generation or outbound prospecting (preferred).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to engage clients professionally.
- Results-driven with the ability to meet or exceed targets.
- Comfortable making cold calls and managing a high volume of client interactions.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills; able to handle multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced, target-driven environments and embrace ongoing learning.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
