**About Us**
Momma Care is a Calgary-based home care company dedicated to supporting new mothers, infants, and families during the important transition after birth. We provide compassionate, professional care that helps moms rest, recover, and feel confident in their parenting journey.

**Position Overview**
We are building our team of caring **Newborn Care Providers** to support families in their homes. This is a **pooling staff**opportunity — flexible, casual shifts as our client base grows. Perfect for nurses, doulas, nannies, or caregivers with newborn/postpartum experience.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide safe, nurturing care for newborns (feeding support, soothing, diapering, monitoring sleep).
- Experience with newborns and/or children with disabilities (nursing, doula, nanny, childcare, or personal caregiving).
- Support new mothers with rest, recovery, and adjustment at home.
- Educate families on newborn routines, safe sleep, and infant care best practices.
- Light household help related to baby care (bottle prep, baby laundry, tidying nursery).
- Communicate with families in a warm, professional manner.

**Qualifications**
- Experience caring for newborns (personal or professional).
- Background in nursing, health care, doula/postpartum care, or nannying preferred.
- Current CPR/First Aid for infants (or willingness to obtain).
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable.
- Flexible availability (days, evenings, or overnight shifts).
