We offer more than 100 brands, including Adidas, Champion, Columbia, Dickies, Fruit of the Loom, Gildan, Oakley, Richardson, Tommy Hilfiger, etc.
We have grown from a successful midwestern t-shirt and fleece distributor into an industry leader with approximately $2.5 billion in annual sales. In March 2021, Clayton, Dubilier & Rice (“CD&R”) acquired S&S Activewear. CD&R believed S&S to be a leading distribution platform with sustainable competitive advantage following significant strategic investments in its geographic reach, people, and technology.

Responsibility of complete payments, processing, verifying and reconciling invoices to maintain accounts payable records. All S&S activewear employees must adhere to the guidelines presented in the S&S Activewear Employee Handbook.
**Schedule**
Monday - Friday, Full-Time, Exempt

**Duties** & Responsibilities**
- Show up on time every day, ready to work with a positive attitude.
- Properly code, distribute all incoming invoices.
- Efficiently and accurately enter all data into the accounting program.
- Application of manual credits.
- Review and reconcile monthly vendor statements.
- Maintain and organize the filling system.
- Process of cutting/mailing checks

- Basic office skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to read and speak English
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Basic accounting knowledge and or experience
- Data entry experience
- Knowledge of excel
