Parking Enforcement Officer - Part Time

Position:
Concord Parking is searching for an energetic, highly organized Parking Patroller to join our parking enforcement team.

**Location**:
Lower Mainland

Shifts:

- Sunday to Monday 8 am onwards
- Available ASAP
- ** Must be available on weekends**

**Requirements**:

- Class 5 driver’s license with a clean driving abstract.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Great improvisational skills.
- Proficient in English (written and verbal), other languages an asset.
- Attention to detail, investigative skills, and ability to gather evidence are essential.
- Computer literate: have basic experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and the ability to use handheld technology.
- Follow safe working practices, policies, and procedures.
- Ability to confidently read maps and travel safely and efficiently to specific locations.
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions (rain, heat, snow).
- Ability to wear a uniform and maintain a professional appearance

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide parking enforcement for client sites based on permits, time restrictions, and parking accuracy.
- Investigate complaints, assess violations, determine remedial actions, and enforce parking with impartiality, sound judgment, and discretion.
- Accurately and factually record and prepare detailed activity reports.
- Record and report all major accidents and incidents to Supervisor.
- Observe all relevant traffic and safety laws when using company vehicle.
