Data Entry Clerk

**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**

Your primary responsibility will be to complete dental office compliance manual templates in MS Word with responses gathered from online questionnaires. You will then be responsible for converting them to PDF, printing them, assembling them into binders and then packaging them to be shipped.

**Skills**

**Requirements**:
Formal requirements are not mandatory, but experience or training in bookkeeping, regulatory compliance, data entry, or medical record keeping would be incredibly beneficial. Formal training in MS Word would also be highly advantageous.

**Schedule**

Weekly hours may vary depending on demand, with the potential for up to 30-40 hours in peak periods. However, during slower periods, responsibilities may decrease.

While you’ll work closely with the company owners, who will provide questionnaires and review your work, you’ll enjoy flexibility in managing your schedule. However, prompt and consistent attention to incoming manuals is required.

**No Remote Work**

Lastly, this position requires on-site attendance in Rimbey, Alberta, as physical printing, assembling, and shipping of manuals are required. It is not available for remote work.
