**_RAPS is Seeking a Full-Time Caregiver to Assist an Individual with Autism (B12)_**
**_Location_**_**:St. Albert**_
**_Hours/Days_**_: Monday to Friday: 12pm - 5pm, Saturday: 8am -1pm_
- One 5-hour weeknight shift, either Wednesdays or Fridays_
**_Rate of Pay_**_**:$22.96/hour**_
**_Job Description_**_: _Duties include but are not limited to supporting independent living skills (ex. assisting in meal preparation, light housekeeping, and laundry). Responsible for finding volunteer and work placement opportunities, etc., medication reminder, support on outings and supervision and companionship,_ _Assist in planning weekly activity schedule._
- **Qualifications and Other Requirements**_**:Must have a recent vulnerable sector check, driver’s license and vehicle for outings and _must either have a health care aide certificate or a minimum of 6 months experience in the health care field. An understanding of developmental disabilities/mental health issues is considered an asset. Willing to work with new HCA grads. Outing within St. Albert (gym, swimming, lunch, etc.)_
