We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Cashier/Cash Supervisor to join our team. As a Cashier/Cash Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient and accurate cash handling, providing excellent customer service, processing returns and maintaining a clean and organized checkout area. Your strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and passion for organic products will contribute to the success of our store.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform cashier duties including processing customer purchases, handling cash, and using POS systems accurately.
- Maintain a high level of customer service by promptly and courteously assisting customers with inquiries, refunds, exchanges, and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Monitor checkout area for cleanliness and organization, ensuring the availability of supplies such as bags, receipt paper, and cash drawer trays.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and pricing to provide accurate information to customers.
- Participate in inventory management tasks, such as stock replenishment and price labeling.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and effective communication among the cashier team.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent;
- Excellent math skills and ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service.
- Proficient in using electronic cash registers, POS systems, and other relevant technology.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to lift and carry moderately heavy items and stand for extended periods.

Benefits are available after 3 month probation period.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
