We are hiring **Companion**s in **London, On.**

As a Senior for Seniors' **Companion**, your compassion and caring, coupled with your caregiving experiences, are the tools you can use to make a difference in the life of a senior.

**Job Description**:

- Provide companionship and support for clients under the direction of the Branch Manager and Client Care Coordinator
- Assist clients with household tasks
- Performing basic meal preparation and light housekeeping duties such as washing dishes, taking out the garbage, preparing bed and laundry. Sweeping and vacuuming may be required
- Provides respite for medically stable patients while the primary caregiver is out of the home
- Accompany client to appointments and leisure activities or perform errands as directed by Branch Manager or Client Care Coordinator
- Listen, observe and communicate any concerns/changes in the client’s physical and or emotional condition immediately to the Branch Manager and Client Care Coordinator

**Qualifications**:

- Compassionate with a passion for helping others
- Ability to interact with others in a caring, tactful and courteous manner
- Ability to speak other languages an asset
- Valid Vulnerable Sector Police Check and TB Test (within 6 months) as a condition of employment
- Mandatory COVID 19 vaccine policy in place
