Toronto, Canada Mar Music School Full time

This role goes beyond private lessons—you’ll coach student bands, help them prepare for performances, and foster a collaborative, fun, and empowering musical environment. We’re looking for someone who brings creativity, leadership, and a passion for music education. Training is provided to align with our programs and student-centered approach.

**Responsibilities**
- Teach private and semi-private lessons across multiple instruments based on your strengths (guitar, piano, bass, drums, etc.).
- Lead student bands, guiding them through rehearsals and performance preparation.
- Arrange and adapt songs to fit students’ skill levels and group dynamics.
- Encourage teamwork, musical confidence, and creativity in every session.
- Collaborate with fellow instructors and participate in training sessions to grow within the school.

**Job Type**: Freelance

Pay: $50.00 per hour

**Benefits**:

- Flexible schedule

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Work Location: In person
