**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
Are you a social media enthusiast with a flair for creativity and a keen eye for trends? If so, we want you to be a part of our team As a Junior Social Media Coordinator at YE, you'll be responsible for assisting in the development and execution of our social media strategies.

This entry-level position offers a fantastic opportunity for professional growth and hands-on experience in the dynamic world of social media marketing, including exposure to experiential marketing, advertising, design, public relations and more.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- **Content Creation**: Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging and relevant content for social media platforms, including text, images, videos, and infographics.
- **Scheduling and Publishing**: Assist in scheduling and publishing content across various social media platforms, ensuring optimal posting times and consistency in messaging.
- **Community Engagement**: Monitor and engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions, and fostering meaningful conversations with our audience.
- **Trend and Competitor Research**: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and track competitors' activities on social media to help refine our strategies.
- **Campaign Support**: Assist in the execution of social media campaigns, promotions, and contests. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign success.
- **Social Listening**: Monitor online conversations related to our brand and industry to gather insights and proactively respond when necessary.
- **Adherence to Brand Guidelines**: Ensure that all social media content aligns with brand guidelines, tone, and messaging.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred, but not required.
- One year of professional experience working in an agency setting preferred
- Strong passion for social media and a deep understanding of various platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic graphic design skills and proficiency in using design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools.
- A proactive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and social media best practices is a plus.
