**Description**:
Miller Waste Systems Inc. has been in operation since 1961. Miller is a leader in waste management and diversion, providing governments and industries with a wide range of services in the provinces of Ontario, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick and Manitoba. Miller has over 50 years’ experience in the waste management sector, and currently operates out of more than 30 locations. We are looking for a highly capable Front End Garbage Truck Driver to be located out of our Brampton location in Ontario.

Miller Waste Systems is looking for a Roll Off Truck Driver with 6 months of experience Roll Off Truck driving experience and with 2+ years of waste industry experience. A collaborative but strong nature is essential, and the applicant’s background in parts and maintenance and the transportation industry will allow them to succeed and grow within Miller Waste.

**Responsibilities**:
In the position of Roll-Off Driver your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- Must adhere to Miller Waste System safety protocols and must be familiar with occupational Health & Safety Act
- Must be flexible on start times and able to work occasional weekends
- Safe operation of a Roll-off truck
- Ensure pick-up and delivery schedules are met as provided
- Demonstrate excellent customer services
- Meet or exceed performance expectations through proven results
- Your primarily responsibility is a to operator the Roll-Off Truck but must be able to assist with residential curb-side collection as needed

**Requirements**:

- Must be able to demonstrate experience with manual transmissions (8,13 or 18 speed)
- Must be able to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Effective written and verbal communication is mandatory
- Excellent attendance and performance record
- All Miller Waste Systems employees must comply with the company's COVID-19 policy and protocols.

Flexibility is also required as this position occasionally requires travel, early starts, late finishes and, on rare occasions, weekend work.
