**About the Position**
**Responsibilities**
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Assist with the fabrication and welding process
- Prepare materials, tools, and parts for production
- Keep the shop organized and tidy to support workflow and inventory tracking
- Support welders and fabricators with daily tasks
- Follow safety procedures and shop standards
**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a fabrication, welding, or construction environment an asset
- **Exceptional organizational skills** and attention to detail are essential
- Ability to lift and move materials safely
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team environment
- Willingness to learn and take direction
**Compensation & Schedule**
- **Starting wage: $20+/hour**, depending on experience and skill level
- **Full-time position**, Monday to Friday
- Occasional overtime may be available
