**Crane Operator**

To add to this expertise,** we are recruiting for a Crane Operator who will be working at various northern remote sites in British Columbia to join our collaborative and team-focused organization.**

**As our Crane Operator, you will provide support to the department and Superintendent.**

**Position Overview**:

- Responsible for safe methods of hoisting and rigging.
- Accurately and effectively plan hoisting tasks on job sites.
- Ability to proficiently read and understand all aspects of the crane manufacturers recommendations and load charts.
- Agreement to do other meaningful tasks as assigned by the site supervisors when cranes are not being utilized.

**Qualifications Needed**:

- Appropriate level of experience as a Crane Operator. Journey person status is required.
- Liebherr LTM 1160 experience
- Valid 1A or equivalent driver’s license and reliable vehicle are required.
- Must be able to work a 21/7 work rotation with extended time away from home.
- Ability to examine, diagnose, and adjust to various types of industrial and mechanical projects.
