With the ever increasing demand for support and service in the auto industry, our **Bank Street Toyota** location is looking for a **Parts Manager** to join the team. **Responsibilities**: - Experience in a people leadership role with a proven record of excellent customer service and coaching centered people leadership skills. - Evaluate the performance of parts employees and provide coaching for improvement where necessary. - Experience and knowledge of automotive mechanics and repairs. - Maximize the profitability of the parts department while controlling costs, building a loyal clientele, maintaining good employee relationships. - Always working towards improving operational efficiencies within the parts department. - Assist in all aspects of promoting accessories and parts sales and assisting in creating promotions and events such as marketing concepts to create greater sales, gross profit, and CSI with all clients. - Act as liaison between the dealership and suppliers. **Qualifications** - At least 2 years Automotive Parts Management or Assistant Parts Management experience - Deep passion and interest in human centered customer experiences. - High attention to detail and able to work with mínimal supervision. - Comfort working with all levels of staff and customers. - Strong verbal and written skills and proficiency in English. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications. (Excel, Word, Outlook) - Strong interpersonal skills. - Have at least 2 years Automotive Parts Management or Assistant Parts Management experience. Pay: $55,000.00 per year **Benefits**: - Dental care - Extended health care - On-site parking - Paid time off Flexible Language Requirement: - French not required Schedule: - Monday to Friday - Weekends as needed Supplemental pay types: - Bonus pay **Experience**: - Customer service: 3 years (preferred) - Parts Management: 2 years (preferred) Licence/Certification: - Drivers Licence (required) Work Location: In person
