**CAREER OPPORTUNITY: Storefront Associate**

**Location: 645 Lakeshore road East, Mississauga, ON, L5G 1J5**

**(Full Time)**:40 hours a week and

**(Part time)
- **16-20 hours a week

**Hours of Work for full time shift**: Mon to Fri 6 am to 2 pm, 8 am to 6 pm and 2 pm to 10 pm

**Hours of Work for full time shift**:Saturday and Sunday6 am to 2 pm, 8 am to 6 pm and 2 pm to 10 pm

**Shift**:5 Days a week and weekends

You will be responsible for providing prompt, courteous and knowledgeable service to customers. As a Store Front Associate within Tim Hortons, you will assist with all store merchandise stocking, serving as well as cashiering when needed.

**Role Specific Accountabilities include, but are not limited to the following**:

- Previous Tim Horton's experience considered an asset, training will be provided
- Great teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and self motivated
- Detailed oriented and have exceptional time management skills
- Must have reliable transportation to/from work
- Store maintenance including; sweeping, moping and dusting
- Provide exceptional customer service by processing payments made via cash, debit, credit and/or vouchers
- Understand and follow all pertinent Food Safety guidelines, procedures and requirements
- Create a positive shopping experience by engaging and interacting with customers
- Resolve customer complaints
- Ability to speak, read and write in English
- Perform other duties as required

**Educational /Technical Experience**:

- Valid Food Handler's certificate an asset
- High School Diploma, or equivalent
- Experience in Retail sales preferred
- Excellent customer service skills, interpersonal, organizational and communication skills

**Skill and Knowledge Requirements**:

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with attention to detail
- Strong organization, planning and time management skills
- Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with key business partners, vendors and store management
- Health and Safety trained.
- Will be required to be on your feet for extended periods of time

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $15.50 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mississauga, ON L5G 1J5: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
