**Mold and Asbestos Remediation Technician**

We are looking for a **Mold and Asbestos Remediation Technician** to safely remove and contain mold or asbestos from homes, commercial buildings, and other structures. This role requires physical strength, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to safety protocols.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Safely remove mold and asbestos from various work environments
- Set up and maintain containment areas
- Operate and maintain remediation equipment (e.g. air scrubbers, negative air machines, power tools)
- Follow all safety guidelines, including proper PPE use
- Move furniture, appliances, or other items as needed during remediation
- Work in various conditions, including overhead, on ladders, or in confined spaces
- Maintain a clean and organized worksite
- Provide professional communication and customer service
- Participate in training sessions and maintain certifications
- Be available for emergency/on-call work as needed
- Other Tasks as Needed

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Team player with ability to follow direction from supervisors
- Physically capable of demanding work, including lifting, climbing, and prolonged standing
- Experience working in extreme temperatures or confined spaces
- Knowledge of mold and asbestos protocols preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Willing to continuously learn and grow professionally
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean abstract
- Previous remediation experience and certifications are considered assets
- Ability to competently use mobile phone apps and cameras

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $24.00 per hour
