As a beacon of excellence, we are seeking a dynamic and passionate Banquet Supervisor to join our dedicated team.
In this key role, you will be responsible for:
- Supervising banquet staff and bartenders, assigning duties, and ensuring all staff adhere to company standards and procedures.
- Expediting banquet food service - acting as a liaison between the kitchen and banquet servers, communicating order status, ensuring orders are being prepared correctly and notifying the kitchen of any issues.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of banquet areas
- Other duties as assigned by the Hospitality Manager
Qualifications:
- Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Work effectively under pressure, strong problem-solving skills and adapt quickly to changing circumstances.
- Must have SMART SERVE Certification
- Must have Food Handlers Certification
- Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
