**Job Title: Technology Strategy Senior Consultant**

We are looking for technology strategists at the senior consultant level to join us Are you interested? Key activities include:
**What You’ll Do**
This role will execute client projects within the Technology Strategy & CIO Advisory sub-capability within the Canadian market. We surround our technologists with interesting challenges, innovative minds, and emerging technologies. Our Technology Strategy team works together to pull all the pieces together to enable our clients to successfully deliver strategic projects and technology transformations.
Key responsibilities include collaborating with project teams and across the Technology Strategy Capability to adapt offerings to market, fostering strong client relationships, and executing on client projects and meeting key project objectives. Key activities include:
- Partner with clients to understand their most critical business challenges, developing strategies and technology solutions that drive tangible top or bottom-line results.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with business, IT, and data teams to unify vision, strategy, and execution.
- Bring fresh market insights on industry trends, competitor analyses, emerging technologies, and digital innovations (e.g., IoT, cloud, data & analytics).
- Lead design thinking workshops and adopt agile methodologies to rapidly prototype and validate ideas.
- Take an active leadership role in Slalom’s strategy and technology communities.
- Drive alignment between business, security, data, and technology to shape effective roadmaps that deliver value in iterative phases.
- Communicate clearly with a wide range of audiences—from senior executives to external partners to technical development teams, translating complex ideas into actionable plans.
- Adapt to change by effectively navigating shifting client priorities, ensuring the ultimate business outcomes remain front and center.
- Build and mentor high-performing teams, fostering an inclusive environment that encourages continuous learning, collaboration, and personal grow
**What You’ll Bring**
Experience and demonstrated leadership in key areas of Technology Strategy, including:
- Hands-on management consulting and advisory experience, including 2-6 years of relevant consulting industry experience,
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required, Engineering, Math or Commerce preferred, MBA an asset
- Experience guiding technology strategies directly impacting business outcomes, ideally with a blend of consulting, technical, and strategic expertise.
- Understanding of modern technology operating models and architectures (cloud, data & analytics, DevOps, etc.), with the ability to recommend best-fit solutions.
- Business case development skills, using data-driven approaches to secure buy-in and funding for transformation initiatives.
- Demonstrated success operating within agile and product management frameworks, emphasizing iterative delivery and continuous improvement.
- Strong communication capabilities, effectively engaging with C-suite, mid-level leadership, and technical teams to build consensus.
