We are currently looking for a **Screen Print Finishing Carousel Operator** in HDPE Finishing Department for one of our clients in **Orangeville, ON. **Our client is a global plastics manufacturer, is experiencing a growth in sales and demand in many areas of its business

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate and maintain printing equipment to produce high-quality prints
- Set up and adjust printing machines according to job specifications
- Monitor print quality and make adjustments as needed
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with the printing equipment
- Ensure proper handling, packaging, and labeling of printed materials

**Job duties**:
Setting up, operating, troubleshooting of multiple machines, preparing automated press and screens for custom

job orders. Adjusts and cleans machines. Documents work performed as required.

**Requirements**:

- Must have previous screen-printing experience on an automated or manual press
- Able to Lift Up to 25 lbs frequently
- Able to understand and follow verbal and written instructions with mínimal supervision
- Able to multitask
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math, counting skills necessary
- Experience using measuring equipment - tape measures, micrometer, calipers, gauges
- Forklift experience is considered an asset
- Ability to follow recipes for color/ink batch preparation
- Positive attitude and desire to be a team player

**Shifts**:12 hr continental day shift only

Permanent, Full Time Position

84 hrs. biweekly with opportunity for OTs

**Salary**: $20.00-$23.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 12 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift

Ability to Commute:

- Orangeville, ON (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Orangeville, ON: Relocate before starting work (required)
