We are growing again and are looking for experienced Residential PDI Handymen **Responsibilities**: - Completing deficiency work on newly built high-rise/ mixed use residential units in a timely manner. - Pre/Post PDI, 30 day and year end deficiency repairs. - Clean up after work has been completed in units. Qualifications and Skills - Minimum 1-3 years’ experience in high rise, residential, and/or condominium construction as a handyperson - Must have WHMIS certificates (or willing to obtain) - Must have good "finishing" skills - paint, patch, caulking, drywall repair, tiling, basic finish carpentry and general adjustments etc... - Excellent communication and customer service skills and a keen eye for details Most of all we are looking for people who will represent our company well, have good time management skills and want to be a part of a growing team. Pay: $22.00-$28.00 per hour Flexible language requirement: - English not required Schedule: - 8 hour shift Work Location: In person
