Overview:
We are seeking dedicated Laborers to join our team. As a Laborer, you will be responsible for assisting with various tasks on construction sites, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and safely.

**Duties**:

- Perform physical labor on construction sites such as digging, carrying materials, and using hand tools.
- Assist skilled workers with tasks as needed.
- Clean and prepare construction sites by removing debris and hazardous materials.
- Operate machinery and equipment under supervision.
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a safe work environment.
- Property Maintenance & Lawn Maintenance

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a Laborer or similar role is preferred.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform strenuous physical tasks.
- Knowledge of basic hand and power tools.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to follow instructions.
- Experience driving Backhoe or Skid Steer is an asset but not required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: $25.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 50 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
