Reporting to Store Manager

**PURPOSE**
- Provide a high level of client and customer service with an emphasis of building long-term repeat and referral business
- Participate in operational functions including administrative duties, visual merchandising and inventory control management

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Prioritize the client and customer, always
- Assist with maximizing sales, marketing programs and KPIs
- Responsible for opening and closing procedures whenever required
- Responsible for implementation of all policies and procedures relating to cash and client checkout
- Maintain standards and appearance of store merchandise
- Assist with implementing all markdowns, expiries, returns, excesses, and inter store transfers
- Assist store management in creating a positive atmosphere in keeping with Nature’s Source mission and values of openness, productivity, creativity and growth
- Promote Nature’s Source/Signature as a knowledgeable and trustworthy service-oriented company that promotes health and wellness while treating clients with respect and integrity at all times.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Retail or sales environment with in-store visuals & merchandising experience
- Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales goals and targets
- _**Post-secondary education in either Natural Health, Nutrition, Sports Nutrition, Naturopathy, Homeopathy is an asset.**_
- _**Knowledge of natural health products**_
- Superior customer service, communication and relationship building skills
- Excellent multi-tasking, organizational and time management skills
- Must be able to work evenings and weekends
- Strong computer skills

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $16.00-$17.00 per hour
