**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Operate CNC machines, including Mazatrol systems, to produce high-quality parts.
- Fabricate components using lathes and other machining tools.
- Assemble parts according to engineering drawings and specifications.
- Perform welding tasks as required for assembly and fabrication.
- Utilize measuring instruments such as calipers to ensure accuracy in production.
- Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition.
- Collaborate with engineers and other team members to improve processes and product quality.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a Machinist or in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot machinery issues.
- Proficiency in operating CNC machines and understanding CAD software is highly desirable.
- Experience with fabrication techniques and welding processes is preferred.
- Ability to operate forklifts safely (certification may be required).
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team setting.
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing technologies.
