**Roles and Responsibilities**

Under the direction of the Plant Manager the Shift Supervisor will:
Oversee the day-to-day production operations of their team.

Work closely with their Lead Hand to ensure that task and effectively assigned production labourers and operators to execute the production needs of the day.

Responsible for a crew of 15-20 individuals.

Foster a safe and healthy work environment,

Train, coach/cheerlead team members in their roles and foster a team environment that upholds the company values of family, quality, and innovation.

**Qualifications and Experience**

English language skills - Ability to read & write, complete paperwork

2-3 Food production manufacturing experience

Knowledge of food industry, HACCP

Knowledge of food hygiene standards GMP

**Hours & Benefits**

Rotating schedule, 12 hour shifts

$21.75 /hour
