**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. This is a remote position that requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Greet and assist clients and visitors virtually, providing information and addressing inquiries.
- Manage and organize appointments, meetings, and schedules for the team.
- Maintain a clean and organized virtual office environment.
- Assist with general administrative tasks as needed.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or similar role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with virtual meeting platforms (e.g., Zoom, Teams).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- High level of professionalism and customer service orientation.
- Ability to work independently and remotely with mínimal supervision.
