We are looking for passionate people to join our team

We are a solid company, with 8 terminals and 2 strategically located transit yards that provide easy access to your home terminal. MRT is currently looking for a G class delivery driver to join our team at our North Bay terminal.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform local pickups and deliveries with a cube truck;
- Assist on computer, assign loads etc
- Drive forklifts;
- Unload and/or load trucks;
- Place merchandise in designated areas;
- Completing shipping documents;
- Ensuring the integrity of pallets and other packaging for the shipment of goods;
- Complete pre-trip inspections and safely operate equipment;
- Operation of satellite communication equipment;
- Provide good customer service;
- Replace night shift during vacancy.

**Job requirements**:

- Strong communication skills;
- Customer service experience;
- Computer experience
- A valid G license, with a clean Drivers Abstract;
- Experience driving small to mid-sized commercial vehicles;
- Experience driving forklift (preferred);
- Able to lift 40 - 50 lbs;
- Disposition for team work;
- Good knowledge of transportation requirements;
- Experience in customer service.

Pay: From $24.00 per hour
