We have a six-month contract opportunity available in Human Resources. In this role, you will assist our Talent Acquisition team in various recruitment activities as Raytheon ELCAN continues to grow.

**About Raytheon ELCAN**:
Located about 50 kilometres north of Barrie, the Town of Midland offers a perfect blend of urban amenities and natural beauty nestled on the shores of Georgian Bay, making it an ideal place to work, grow, and belong.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with Talent Acquisition team on the full recruitment cycle process
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Hiring Managers
- Conduct screening and interviews
- Prepare new hire documentation using existing templates
- Support onboarding when required
- Identify and develop process improvements and work instructions with a continuous improvement and efficiency mindset
- Perform other HR-related duties as assigned

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- College diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
- 1-3 years of work experience in Human Resources
- Working towards Human Resources designation
- Proven verbal and written communications skills
- Professional, responsive, and customer-focused
- High attention to detail
- Positive attitude
