We are looking for an **IT Services & Security Specialist** with a strong background in IT infrastructure, network security, and cloud services, who will play a critical role in maintaining and securing our technology environment.

**The Role**

As an IT Services & Security Specialist at LYNKED, you will manage IT Services, cybersecurity operations, and network security to ensure our systems remain secure, efficient, and compliant. You will work with cross-functional teams to implement security controls, optimize IT operations, and support end-users across the organization. This role is ideal for someone with IT services experience and a strong foundation in security best practices.

**What You’ll Do**
- Manage IT services and infrastructure to ensure seamless daily operations.
- Monitor and secure networks by proactively identifying and mitigating threats.
- Administer security solutions including firewalls, IDS/IPS, endpoint protection, and encryption techniques.
- Oversee cloud security in Microsoft 365, Azure, and other cloud platforms.
- Implement and enforce IT security policies to protect company data and systems.
- Conduct risk assessments, vulnerability scans, and penetration testing to identify potential threats.
- Develop and manage backup and disaster recovery strategies to ensure business continuity.
- Provide end-user support, troubleshooting IT and security-related issues while maintaining a ticketing system.
- Coordinate and conduct user awareness training on cybersecurity threats, phishing, and best practices.
- Collaborate with external vendors and IT partners to ensure security compliance and system optimization.

**What We’re Looking For**
- **3+ years of experience** in IT services, network administration, or cybersecurity.
- Strong understanding of network security, firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs, and access control.
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, and cloud security solutions.
- Proficiency in Windows, Linux, and MacOS security administration.
- Knowledge of backup and disaster recovery solutions.
- Familiarity with NIST, ISO 27001, or CIS benchmarks for security compliance.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Cybersecurity certifications such as Security+, CISSP, or CEH are an asset.

Pay: $45,000.00-$58,000.00 per year
