**Key Responsibilities**
- BIM Model Development:

- Create, manage, and update BIM models in Revit across all project phases.
- Collaborate with architectural, structural, and MEP teams to ensure accurate and coordinated models.
- Prepare, plan, section, and detail drawings, bill of materials, hanger lists, Trimble files, etc.
- Ensure model meets expectations stated in the project BIM Execution Plan.
- Perform regular clash detection using Navisworks and generate clash reports
- Lead and participate in coordination meetings, presenting model-based issues and conflicts.
- Maintain and enforce BIM standards, procedures, and protocols throughout the project lifecycle.
- Document and track model changes, model sign-offs, and as-built models for project closeout.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and client representatives to exchange models and manage project data.
