We are currently seeking a **Full-Time Industrial Sewing Machine Operator** to join our production team **immediately**.

**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Operate **single-needle**, **double-needle**, and **bartack** industrial sewing machines.
  • Sew vinyl and other heavy materials according to production specifications.
  • Measure, cut, and assemble components as required.
  • Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Perform basic machine maintenance (e.g., thread changes, bobbin replacement).
  • Lift and handle materials up to **40 lbs** as part of daily tasks.

**Requirements**

  • **1 year of sewing experience** (industrial or upholstery experience preferred).
  • Ability to read measurements and follow sewing patterns or instructions.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
  • Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
  • Must be able to **reliably commute to Hamilton**
