Responsibilities: - Install, repair, and maintain sheet metal components and systems - Fabricate and assemble sheet metal products according to specifications - Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings - Measure and mark sheet metal for cutting and shaping - Use hand and power tools to cut, bend, shape, and fasten sheet metal - Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy - Collaborate with other tradespeople to complete projects on time Requirements: - Proven experience as a Sheet Metal Mechanic or similar role - Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings - Strong knowledge of sheet metal fabrication techniques and tools - Ability to measure, cut, bend, shape, and fasten sheet metal accurately - Familiarity with HVAC systems is a plus - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position. **Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
**Salary**: $30.86-$33.51 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
