Nisku, Canada Technical Coating Systems Ltd. Full time

Technical Coating Systems is an industry leader in erosion, corrosion, chemical attack and impact resistant coatings for multiple industries across Canada. TCS is looking for an Industrial Painter who can work independently as well as a part of a team at our North Nisku Facility.
- Spray Urethanes (Endura, Metalics/Pearls ect.) to an automotive finish, 100% Solids Epoxies & Polyurea's
- Trouble Shoot and Maintain Pumps (Airless, Plural Component XM, Reactors, etc) as well as HVLP guns and pressure pots.
- Knowledge and Ability to execute specific surface prep requirements as well as Troubleshoot and Maintain blasting equipment
- Read and understand work orders, ensure and document that all coating is completed accurately and meets customer specs
- Experience coating Piping Internals, Tanks/Vessels and Industrial Equipment
- Maintain inventory count of all required coatings and spray equipment, request products in advance to ensure maximum efficiency
- 100% participation in all aspects of workplace safety including toolbox talks and proper use of workplace PPE
- Actively adhere to company safety procedures and policies
- Perform other duties as required, including effective general clean-up and the accurate and timely completion of paperwork

Qualified applicants will have the following:

- Minimum 8 Years Prior Industrial Painting Experience
- Minimum 5 Years Prior Industrial Blasting Experience
- Must be at least 25 years of age
- Be physically fit. Able to carry 50 lbs and hold a blast hose for at least 2 hours
- Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment and follow

**Experience**:

- industrial painting: 8 years (preferred)
- Abrasive Blasting: 5 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:
