Living Sky School Division is seeking a **friendly, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant**to join our Office Support Team in Central Services. In this role, you’ll work closely with a collaborative team of administrative assistants, accounting clerks, and project officers to keep operations running seamlessly.

**About the Position**

Typical responsibilities include:

- Use MS Office suite and division-specific software for daily tasks.
- Prepare, edit, and format documents, reports, and presentations.
- Coordinate logistics for training sessions and division events.
- Support finance department as needed.
- Provide coverage for reception on a rotational basis.
- Offer backup support for other administrative roles during absences.
- Collaborate across departments to ensure service continuity.

**Qualifications**

- Business Administration Diploma or Certificate or equivalent work experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and an aptitude for learning new software
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
