**Overview**
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to join our team to work in Etobicoke. In this role, you will provide essential assistance to individuals in need, including seniors and those with disabilities. Your primary focus will be on enhancing the quality of life for our clients through personalized care and support in various settings such as assisted living facilities, nursing homes, or in-home care environments.

**Responsibilities**
- Take Client to day programs and return them home safely by car or TTC
- Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' well-being
- Engage clients in meaningful activities that promote social interaction and cognitive stimulation.
- Document care provided and report any changes in client condition to the appropriate personnel.

**Skills**
- Familiarity with working with people with disabilities and providing dementia care is a plus.
- Strong caregiving skills, including the ability to perform personal care tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to interact positively with clients, families, and team members.
