Lube Technician

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform routine automotive maintenance tasks, such as oil changes, tire rotations, filter replacements, and fluid checks according to established procedures.
- Inspect vehicles to identify potential issues and communicate recommendations to customers or service advisors.
- Mount, balance, and install tires following manufacturer specifications and safety guidelines.
- Ensure proper disposal of used materials in compliance with environmental regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and adhere to safety standards at all times.
- Assist other technicians or mechanics with more complex repairs as needed.
- Keep accurate records of services performed and parts used.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical training in automotive technology is a plus.
- Proven experience as an automotive lube technician or similar role preferred.
- Proficiency in performing basic automotive maintenance tasks, such as oil changes, tire rotations, and filter replacements.
- Knowledge of tire mounting, balancing, and installation procedures.
- Familiarity with various tools and equipment used in automotive maintenance and repair.
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects, bend, stoop, and stand for extended periods.
- Valid driver's license.
