**Job Summary**: The Dishwasher / Busser is responsible for maintaining a clean environment within the Bistro by clearing tables and trays, washing dishes and restocking.

**Reports to**: Store Manager

**Job Duties**
- Maintains a clean workspace including equipment and follows all food safety rules and regulations
- Clear tables and trays of dishes and utensils
- Wipe down tables and chairs as needed
- Washes dishes, kitchen, food preparation equipment, and utensils
- Restock Bistro area as needed, including garbage containers
- All other duties as directed by Store Management.

**Requirements**:

- Friendly, energetic and comfortable interacting with customers
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
- Able to lift up to 25 lbs
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- To follow the retail uniform and personal appearance policy

**Essential Job Functions**
- Standing and walking for extended periods of time. Bend and stoop to grasp objects and climb ladders. Bend and twist the upper body, reach above and below shoulders.
- Bend and lift loads, not to exceed 25 pounds, push and pull carts weighing up to 100 pounds.
- Repetitive use of hands for grasping, pushing, pulling and fine manipulation.
- Environmental exposure to extreme temperatures and moisture
