**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare detailed and accurate construction estimates using Bluebeam, HeavyBid, and other estimating software.
- Analyze project plans, specifications, and drawings to determine scope of work and required resources.
- Collaborate with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to gather pricing information and negotiate terms.
- Develop comprehensive pricing strategies that align with project budgets and company objectives.
- Review bid documents, identify potential risks, and recommend cost-saving measures without compromising quality.
- Assist in the development of project schedules and resource allocation plans.
- Maintain organized records of all estimates, bid documents, and correspondence for future reference.
- Stay updated on industry trends, material costs, and labor rates to ensure competitive bidding.

**Skills**
- Proficiency in Bluebeam for markup and document management.
- Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms with subcontractors and suppliers.
- Experience in project management within the construction industry.
- Knowledge of HeavyBid or similar estimating software is highly desirable.
- Expertise in construction estimating processes, including pricing materials, labor, equipment, and overhead costs.
- Solid understanding of construction practices, codes, and safety standards.
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail to produce precise estimates.
