**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Manage daily operations of the café, including staff supervision, inventory management, and customer service.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all food preparation areas.
- Lead and train café staff in food preparation techniques, customer service best practices, and cash handling procedures.
- Develop menus that reflect seasonal offerings and customer preferences while ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, creativity, and professional growth among staff members.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively to ensure a high level of satisfaction.

- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
