Alpha3dge is growing, and we’re looking for a Customer Service/Sales Representative to join our team at our North York office. This is a full-time, in-person role, ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, solving problems, and helping customers have great experiences.

You'll play a key role in supporting customer relationships, providing personalized service, and representing our products with confidence. We offer comprehensive training, daily collaboration, and a clear path for career growth.

**What You'll Do**
- Engage with Customers: Start conversations, build rapport, and provide helpful product and service recommendations.
- Provide Product Support: Learn our offerings inside and out to assist customers with informed decisions.
- Manage the Sales Process: From first contact to closing, guide customers through a seamless, positive experience.
- Achieve Goals: Consistently meet individual and team targets that contribute to the company’s success.
- Build Lasting Relationships: Foster strong customer connections to support loyalty, referrals, and long-term satisfaction.
- Participate in Training: Take part in ongoing training and mentorship to sharpen your skills and support your development.

- Reliable and punctual, with daily access to our North York office
- Able to work both independently and as part of a supportive team
- No prior sales or customer service experience required—we provide full training
