**Job Summary**
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The Cleaner will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in various environments, ensuring that all areas are tidy, organized, and presentable. This role is essential in providing a safe and welcoming atmosphere for employees and visitors alike.

**Responsibilities**
- Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and common areas to ensure a hygienic environment.
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste in accordance with safety regulations.
- Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment; report any shortages or malfunctions.
- Follow established procedures for cleaning and sanitizing surfaces to prevent the spread of germs.
- Assist with special cleaning projects as needed, such as deep cleaning or seasonal tasks.
- Adhere to safety protocols while using cleaning chemicals and equipment.

**Skills**
- Proven experience in custodial or commercial cleaning preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify areas needing attention.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within set timelines.
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with team members and clients.

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 36 months

Pay: $1,000.00 per month
