We are currently recruiting an experienced **Site Superintendent** to lead and oversee challenging concrete construction projects in **Saskatchewan**.

**Role Overview**:
Reporting to the Field Operations Manager, the Site Superintendent is responsible for executing the concrete scope of assigned projects safely, on time, and within budget. This includes supervising employees, sub-contractors, and suppliers, while ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and client satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead day-to-day site activities and supervise workers, sub-contractors, and site visitors
- Manage project schedules and resources to ensure milestones are met
- Coordinate construction activities with prime contractors and trade partners
- Provide leadership and development for Pagnotta employees, including performance reviews and training
- Enforce company and legislative safety policies and procedures
- Conduct inspections, quality control, and ensure compliance with drawings and specifications
- Maintain accurate project documentation (RFIs, as-builts, site reports, etc.)
- Support hiring efforts by interviewing potential new site employees
- Oversee the use and maintenance of company equipment and tools

**Qualifications**:

- Red Seal trade certification (carpentry preferred)
- Gold Seal Certification (asset)
- 10+ years of on-site construction experience, specializing in **formwork concrete** for commercial, high-rise, mixed-use, or institutional projects
- 3+ years of leadership experience as a superintendent or foreman
- Strong knowledge of OH&S regulations and employment standards legislation
- Proficient in reading structural, architectural, civil, and mechanical drawings
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills

**Working Conditions**:

- Standard 40 hours/week, with overtime and weekend work as required
- Start time: 7:00 AM
- Work at heights will be required
