**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Greet and seat guests promptly, providing menus and information about daily specials.
- Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system.
- Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner while ensuring proper presentation.
- Assist with sanitizing tables, utensils, and other dining areas to maintain food safety standards.
- Handle cashiering duties, including processing payments accurately.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly with a focus on customer service.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service and timely delivery of orders.
- Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience as a Server or in a customer service role is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is essential to ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Familiarity with POS systems for order entry and payment processing is a plus.
- Strong math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage positively with guests and team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A passion for providing outstanding customer service and creating memorable dining experiences.
