**The Role**:
The Operations Support role reports to an Operations Specialist. They will play a key role in driving programs to ensure compliance to Operational, Legal, Health and Safety and Environmental mandates. Must be a highly organized and motivated individual with a passion for delivering initiatives to drive specific results.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Development and delivery of required Operations reports and documents to demonstrate compliance
- Monitor and analyze reports and store performance on key Operations metrics to identify opportunities drive performance
- Develop communications and streamline online documentation
- Build cross channel partnerships to drive program improvements
- Demonstrate flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
**Qualifications / Competencies**:
- Knowledge of English required; excellent written and oral communication skills
- Maintaining professional relationships with French & English speaking stakeholders across Canada is critical to this position
- Ability to communicate effectively with store staff and cross functional partners
- Accountable for delivering tasks on time with accuracy
- Collaborate within the team and across team boundaries to execute objectives
- Be proactive in making Bell and the team better
- Ability to analyze data and present results
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and concurrent initiatives
- Expect and embrace change
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Knowledge of French; verbal and written fluency is an asset
- Experience working in retail is a benefit
**Working Conditions**:
- Overtime may be required for key planning periods to ensure deliverables are on time
