Zaber is looking for a detail-oriented Shipper / Receiver to take delivery of goods. You'll receive parts into our enterprise resource planning (ERP) system, and unpack, count, and repackage incoming parts, ranging from pallets of metal parts to bags of small high-value items, such as electronic components.

As a member of our diligent and friendly Inventory Team, you'll maintain and improve our system by refilling inventory levels from overstock, maintaining batch control, labeling minimum quantities, and managing reorder tags. Our service-oriented Inventory Team will guide you in learning cross-functional tasks with a diverse range of colleagues including members of Production, Purchasing, Machine Shop, R&D, Sales, and more.

You'll be joining an innovative, employee-owned company that designs, manufactures, and sells precision motion control equipment. As the entry point for all materials, you will contribute to company growth and team morale by making life easier for operations and product development personnel.

**Shipper / Receiver Responsibilities**:

- Receive goods and shelve parts according to our inventory system
- Unload trucks using safe lifting techniques and material handling equipment
- Inventory Management: maintain and improve Zaber's inventory system such as labeling and organizing new parts
- Picker: pick inventory for internal orders made by our Machine Shop
- Packer: pack and ship a variety of parts for our external manufacturers

**Shipper / Receiver Skills**:

- Comfortable using G Suite programs or equivalent
- Good at multi-tasking and prioritizing their work in a busy environment
- Customer-centric approach to internal stakeholders
- Able to lift 25 kg

**Shipper / Receiver Learning Opportunities**:
