**Your work environment at EXP**

We are an engineering consulting firm working on infrastructure and industrial projects in northeastern Ontario. Our team works closely with municipal and private clients, designing projects and supporting the procurement process. Our New Liskeard office is home to a dedicated group of 8 engineers/project managers and 25 employees. Our office has a range of staff including CAD draft persons, Civil and Mechanical Engineers, Surveyors, Technicians and Technologists, and support staff.

**What a day at EXP has in store for you**
- Produce sketches and drawings of roads and buried infrastructure based on established standards
- Prepare drawing packages for tendering and construction purposes
- Perform out 3D modelling
- Complete quantity take-off calculations for tendering and payment purposesUse AutoCad, Civil 3D, AutoTurn, PowerCivil, SewerGEMS, WaterGEMS and StormCAD and the Microsoft suite of programs

**What your experience looks like**
- Proven practical experience in road, civil or municipal engineering/drafting
- Knowledge of computer-assisted drawing software
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit software (an asset)
- Knowledge of Inroads software (a significant asset)
- Knowledge of Civil 3D software (a significant asset)
- Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team, multiskilling, and resourcefulness
- Solid interest in the utilization of graphics rendering software
- Attention to detail and thoroughnessValid driver’s license
